The Bring on Summer show is a new show being produced by the Partnership of Westerner Park and the Red Deer & District Chamber of Commerce, the same people who bring you Agri-Trade. This show will run concurrently with The Everything & Anything show at Westerner Park!

The Bring on Summer show will have 5 feature areas that focus on the most popular summer activities…Golf, BBQ, Summer family fun activities, Keeping kids busy and Patio Living! We are hoping to have a BBQ main stage going live during the event and more details will be released closer to the show dates.

Includes local attractions, weekend adventures, and tourism clients.

Keeping Kids Busy

Includes summer day camps, sporting activities and recreation programs.

Patio Living

Includes furniture, deck improvements and décor, and small garden accessories.

 

The Bring on Summer show is open to all exhibitors of consumer based products. Red Deer city is home to over 95,000 residents and the Central Alberta community is over 250,000 residents. Plan to participate in the show and it’s recommended you get ready to be busy for 3 exciting days in April 2016.

Booths will be sold at $8.00/square foot. For a standard 10*10 configuration you will be looking at an investment of $800 plus 5% GST tax. All booths come standard with drape and electricity. Cancellation Policy

Exhibitors cancelling before December 1st will be charged 20% of the total space rental amount. Exhibitors cancelling before January 31st (but after December 1st) will be charged 50% of the total space rental amount. Exhibitors cancelling after January 31st will forfeit any space payments or deposits and will be moved to the wait list category for the next year’s show. Notice of cancellation must be received at the Show Administration Office in writing. Booth downsizing will be considered a full cancellation, exhibitors will be required to provide written notice of cancellation and submit a new application for re-rental of space.
